Cypress Group is a vertically integrated, highly experienced real estate development firm focused on residential projects of up to one hundred units in Santa Clara County and Santa Cruz County.

We are different because we help our clients to move quickly and profitably through each stage of the development process: buy, develop, design, construct, manage and sell. We can perform any of these as a stand alone service but think that we are best able to deliver higher value at a lower cost when we combine some or all of these services.

Cypress Group is a family owned and operated business founded by William D. Henderson and his two sons, Greg Henderson and Tim Henderson. They have been active in the world of real estate and construction in Silicon Valley since 1954, when their father and grandfather started working as a carpenter and purchased a fourplex apartment in Santa Clara.
